Job summary

School of Rock Delco is seeking a Music Teacher/Instructor to deliver our Rock n’ Roll curriculum and tailor lesson plans to each student’s journey. Join a collaborative team focused on real-world performance-based education and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates are working musicians with formal training, capable of teaching one or more instruments, and comfortable using Google tools. The role offers 15–25 hours weekly, including nights and weekends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible, organized with proficiency in Google tools.
• Musician capable of implementing curriculum teaching one or more instruments.

Responsibilities

• Implement our curriculum and tailor lesson plans for each student.
• Collaborate with team to deliver effective instruction.
• Teach one or more instruments as part of School of Rock Delco.
• Adapt to schedules including nights and weekends.
