School of Rock Delco is seeking a Music Teacher/Instructor to join a collaborative team and deliver our curriculum by tailoring plans to each student. This role suits recent graduates and experienced educators alike.

You will implement the School of Rock Method curriculum, adapt to individual journeys, and help students progress across instruments while maintaining a supportive, energetic classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and commitment to quality interactions.
• Clear written and verbal communication with students and families.
• Organized, reliable, flexible to schedule needs, and teamwork oriented.
• Musical education background and ability to teach one or more instruments.
• Able to teach 15–25 hours per week, including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement curriculum and tailor lesson plans to each student.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver engaging music education.
• Support learning across keys, vocals, guitar, bass, and drums.
