Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer for our Music Hall operations. The role involves greeting guests, providing information on schedules and hours, and assisting guests with questions and requests.

You will ensure guest safety, manage disruptive behavior, and participate in emergency evacuations. Strong team play and excellent guest service are essential, with required age and regulatory credentials.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain an alcohol awareness card.
• Must obtain NV Gaming Control Board Registration.

Responsibilities

• Greet, bid farewell and thank every guest.
• Offer information to guests regarding schedules, specials, hours, menu, etc.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Ensure guest safety and prevent/resolve altercations.
• Direct attendees during emergency evacuations and provide assistance.
• Monitor venue to maintain atmosphere and safety throughout shift.
• Check IDs for age verification and enforce entry policies.
• Protect privacy and communicate with artists and staff.
• Assist with events and communicate with all departments.
• Maintain physical barriers and assist with moving stanchions as needed.
• Maintain line of sight and stay in touch via radios.
