Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a security-facing team member in a fast-paced live event venue in the United States. You will help ensure guest safety, manage crowd flow, and assist during emergencies while enforcing venue policies and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of positive guest interaction experience, fluency in English, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. The role may require late shifts and a flexible schedule in a dynamic live music environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work late hours and maintain composure in a fast-paced venue.
• Minimum 3 years of positive guest interaction experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Able to lift/move up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Tolerance of diverse cultures, music and arts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety through proactive interaction and hazard removal.
• Prevent and resolve altercations among guests.
• Lead guests and staff during emergencies and evacuations.
• Maintain venue area flow and cleanliness during shifts.
• Check IDs for suspected under-30 patrons drinking.
• Inspect for weapons or contraband at entry.
• Enforce policy on photos/videos and devices.
• Communicate clearly via radios and signals.
• Maintain constant shift communication.
• Set up area before opening and keep venue clear.
• Assist in spills and debris removal.
