Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations, including shipping and receiving gear, inventory control, and merchandising to planograms. You will rotate through tasks to ensure shelves are stocked and signage is accurate, contributing to a great in-store experience for customers.

The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills, the ability to work in a loud environment, and availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Ability to work in a loud environment and multi-task.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control tasks.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Perform cycle counts of inventory.
• Stock and merchandize to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Maintain shrink awareness and control.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
