Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a warm, welcoming office environment for students, prospective students, and guests.
  • Coordinate, manage, and approve schedules for work-study students in music.
  • Train students and provide timelines for task completion.
  • Answer calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Monitor Musicwindow software to assist faculty in recruitment.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and Communications offices for events.
