We are an established, highly respected entertainment business management firm with offices in Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles.

We are looking for an experienced Music Business Management Account Executive to join our team of talented and passionate people in our (LOCATION) office. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with future growth opportunities. We encourage employees to establish long-term careers with FBMM, and as a result, 75% of our staff has been here for more than five years. Their collective knowledge and experience create the perfect environment for mentorship. We love to promote from within and have created a clear path for advancement!

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Effective and appropriate communication with clients, client reps, and client employees.
  2. Aid in team training and workflow organization, set goals for performance and deadlines, monitor productivity and growth against benchmarks; ensure tasks are learned in a timely manner.
  3. Review and approve Accounts Payable / Receivable.
  4. Prepare budgets with cash projections, financial reports, and supplemental schedules.
  5. Review, analyze, and reconcile tour merchandise and hard ticket settlement trackers.
  6. Complete individual and corporate tax projections.
  7. Assist with all day-to-day work involved in client real estate transactions, renovation projects, auto, and other large purchases.
  8. Prepare for insurance renewal, maintenance, and analysis.
  9. Analyze royalty statements.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2+ years' experience in the entertainment industry as an Account Executive/Manager or relevant role in a business management firm, with tour accounting experience.
  2. A minimum of 4 semesters of college-level accounting, including federal tax accounting, and a general love of working with numbers.
