Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Nashville, TN, to make a real impact daily. Every conversation, code, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers' experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
  • Collaborating with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new businesses
  • Managing your pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce
  • Preparing presentations and proposals with our electronic tools
  • Educating merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry
  • Maintaining regular communication with sales leadership
  • Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet minimum requirements
  • Compensation will be commission-based

Required qualifications include:

  • At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Proactive, motivated learner with a strong drive for achievement

Compensation is based on commissions, with health benefits and 401K matching, under a residual model with portfolio ownership.
