Job summary

Sony Music Nashville is seeking an A&R Analyst to support the team with data-driven evaluations of both rostered and undiscovered artists. You will implement and manage data-driven methods to discover new artists, run daily reports, construct insights, and contribute to decision making within the A&R group.

You will develop and present reports on audience growth, streaming metrics, and social activity to help identify talent and trends across genres as part of a data-focused leadership effort.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in music/entertainment employing data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of music industry trends and genres.

Responsibilities

• Support A&R team with data-driven evaluations of rostered and undiscovered artists.
• Run daily reports to aid in artist discovery and analysis.
• Construct statistical insights and predictive metrics for decision making.
• Create and present artist-specific reports detailing audience growth and consumption.
