Job summary

Sony Music Nashville is seeking a Coordinator for Digital Marketing & Artist Development. You will support the Artist Development Lead, manage day-to-day artist projects, and interact with senior team members.

You will assist with digital campaigns, marketing plans, social media engagement, and asset coordination. A background in music marketing and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience implementing marketing or digital plans in music, lifestyle, entertainment, or creative industries.
• Experience providing administrative support and coordinating projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Discrete handling of sensitive artist information and confidentiality.
• Curious learner eager to engage with evolving digital spaces.
• Interest in Country and/or Pop genres preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Artist Development Lead with executing digital marketing campaigns and administrative objectives for an assigned artist roster.
• Attend artist meetings, take notes, and maintain marketing plans (one sheets, decks, video reels).
• Grow and engage social networks, track data, and analyze results.
• Create, schedule, and distribute email newsletters for the artist roster.
• Coordinate assets with internal/external teams and manage budgets/invoices.
• Collaborate on artist development strategy across marketing, media, and digital platforms.
