Job summary

Sanibel Historical Museum and Village is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative and visitor operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will prepare the museum for tours and programs, staff the Welcome Desk, and handle admissions and gift shop sales.

You will coordinate volunteer docents, maintain records, and provide general office support, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests and helping preserve Sanibel's history.

Qualifications

• Experience in visitor services and admissions helpful.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and process sales.
