Job summary

The Saint Louis Art Museum is seeking a Visitor and Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist visitors across desks, ticketing, and membership services. This on-site, temporary role supports a dynamic visitor experience in Forest Park and requires friendly, informed service.

Responsibilities include selling tickets, memberships, answering questions, and guiding guests to exhibitions while maintaining accurate records and using computer systems for transactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Problem solving skills and computer literacy required.
• Must adapt to frequent changes of routine and pace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the museum and assist at the welcome desks.
• Promote and process sales of museum membership and maintain records.
• Sell tickets and scan/validate tickets at exhibitions and events.
• Provide information about collections, programs, and local attractions.
• Use software systems to process transactions and reconciliations.
