Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with some events.
• Demonstrates good public relations with the public and city staff.
• No prior Parks and Recreation experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as public contact for museum inquiries, exhibits, and sites.
• Conduct research related to museum collections and exhibits.
• Provide engaging tours of historical sites.
• Assist with donations and loans of historical items.
• Open and close facilities during shifts; monitor museum rules.
• Maintain attendance and document required records.
