Qualifications

• Two or more years’ sales, customer service or hospitality experience.
• Experience with cash handling.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and balance cash.
• Process returns and exchanges.
• Lead the customer service experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist purchasing decisions.
• Handle deliveries and labeling.
• Promote museum memberships and benefits.
• Tidy and restock merchandise; ensure cleanliness.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
