Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of customer service experience in a public facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building access, alarm, fire, and video systems from the Security Operations Center.
• Coordinate radio communications across internal stakeholder groups.
• Maintain a visible presence in public areas to deter incidents and assist visitors.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when needed.
