You will warmly welcome guests and manage theater entry, seating, and crowd flow while selling admissions, tickets, and memberships.

Weekend and holiday availability is required. You will stay informed about exhibitions and programs, draft routine correspondence, and assist with member events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with the general public preferred.
• Proficiency with technology including mobile devices, Google Workspace, and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and provides exceptional service for screenings, festivals, premieres, and filmmaker Q&As.
• Manages theater entry, ticket scanning, standby lists, and audience flow for efficient seating.
• Communicates seating availability, policies, accessibility accommodations, and crowd management details.
• Assists with daily theater preparation, schedules, guest lists, and signage.
• Sells admission, film tickets, program tickets, memberships, and passes; collects visitor information for research and marketing.
