The Museum of Modern Art is seeking a Guest Specialist to create a highly positive guest experience, driving repeat visitation and membership conversion. You will assist with screenings, events, and film programs while selling admissions and memberships across the Museum.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong customer service skills, proficiency with technology, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays. This is a fast-paced role within a unionized environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with the public is required; multilingual ability preferred.
• Proficiency with technology including mobile devices, Google Workspace, and POS software.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the arts.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Background check required under PCI DSS compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes guests and provides exceptional service for screenings, festivals, premieres, and filmmaker Q&As.
• Manages theater entry, ticket scanning, standby lists, and audience flow for seating.
• Communicates seating availability, sold-out screenings, accessibility, and theater policies.
• Assists with daily theater preparation, schedules, guest lists, and signage.
• Sells admissions, tickets, memberships, and passes; processes payments and collects visitor data.
• Generates membership sales efforts and contributes to sales goals.
• Resolves guest issues and assists with visit planning across the Museum.
