Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Director of Group Sales in marketing campaigns, lead generation, and pursuing opportunities for ticket sales.
• Schedule group visits, maintain database and track leads, inquiries, and sales revenue; send invoices and collect payments.
• Coordinate group reservations with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent Penn Museum at sales conferences and external meetings to grow group visits.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and determine satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
