Job summary

University of Pennsylvania’s Museum seeks a Group Sales Coordinator to promote and coordinate Penn Museum group visits, drive earned revenue, and manage inquiries from initial contact through the visit.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Group Sales, you will generate leads, schedule visits, handle invoicing, coordinate with departments, and support marketing communications with promotional materials and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 0–1 year experience.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with CRM software such as Altru or Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns and lead generation for group visits.
• Schedule group visits, manage leads, invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth group visit operations.
• Represent Penn Museum at sales conferences and external meetings.
• Prepare reports and maintain customer records.
