Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in event management with fundraising for cultural non-profits.
• Proven history in developing and implementing event and stewardship programs.
• Strong relationship-building, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRMs (development-related).
• Demonstrates discretion and diplomacy with confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage individual and corporate member events, invitations, guest lists, catering, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with CAM leadership, staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality event execution.
• Lead multi-day openings and special events for major exhibitions and campus projects.
