Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles seeks a Museum Events & Production Assistant Manager to lead planning and execution of museum and private events, from concept to load-out, including design, AV, logistics and client service.

This role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple stages under pressure, delivering high-impact experiences that showcase car culture.

Competenze

• Experience reading and following BEOs and diagrams.
• Ability to handle, store, install, and breakdown rental equipment.
• Safe use of hand trucks and equipment-moving devices.
• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Communicate information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to multitask regularly.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute museum and private events through all stages of the lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Education, Marketing, Finance, and Ops.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and flag scope changes.
• Manage client communications, proposals, and contracts; represent the team at industry meetings.
