The Dot Experience, part factory tour, attraction, museum and center for education, is opening in fall 2026 inside American Printing House for the Blind in Louisville. We are seeking Museum Associates who enjoy engaging visitors and helping them connect with new ideas.
As a part-time Onsite role (up to 19 hours/week), you will support tours, ticketing, retail, group visits, and special events, reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor. Shifts typically run 9:30 a.m.

The Dot Experience - part factory tour, attraction, museum and center for education - has a mission to change perspectives about blindness and empower individual action toward a world that welcomes everyone. The Dot Experience aims to set new standards for accessibility and inclusion. This new attraction is scheduled to open in fall 2026. It is nested within the structure of American Printing House, serving as the headquarters’ new front door, and operates as a component part of the organization.
We’re looking for outgoing, welcoming Museum Associates who enjoy working with people and helping visitors connect with new ideas and experiences. Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, you’ll support the day-to-day visitor experience across tours, educational activities, ticketing, retail, group visits, and special events.
This is a part-time position of 19 hours or less per week. Shifts are generally scheduled between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., seven days a week, including weekends as needed.
