Job summary

St. Augustine Lighthouse invites energetic and customer-service oriented individuals to join our gift shop team as Museum Associates. This full-time role supports visitors by delivering an unforgettable experience and handles ticket/merchandise sales, memberships, and brick purchases.

You will train across gift shop operations and lead after-hours tours while sharing the Lighthouse's rich history. We seek energetic, enthusiastic people with excellent customer service and a conscientious work

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic people with excellent customer service skills and a conscientious work ethic to join our gift shop team at the St. Augustine Lighthouse.

Museum Associates are responsible for supporting and delivering an unforgettable experience for visitors. Working at the lighthouse is rarely dull, as a museum associate you will train and work in multiple areas including all gift shop operations, leading after-hours tours and programs, helping visitors with memberships and bricks, and sharing the history of the Lighthouse.

Your work in the gift shop plays an important role in the day-to-day support of our non-profit Museum. You are the first and last person a visitor sees on our site.
