Job summary

Saksoft is seeking a Murex Front Office specialist for the NYC area to support end-to-end Murex operations in a fast-paced trading environment. The role focuses on production support, risk management, and collaboration with traders to ensure smooth front-office workflows.

The candidate will troubleshoot complex issues in electronic trading and uphold high production quality while coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement effective resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Murex end-to-end systems and latest versions.
• Exposure to dealing with Traders and supporting the system.
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of working with Rates Credit SSA desks using ION MarketView or any other in-house applications.
• Knowledge of Murex functionality end-to-end to support trading.

• Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Establish a high level of quality for production systems.
• Ability to see the issue through to resolution even if the final fix doesn’t lie with the support team.
