Formación

Current license to practice law in North Carolina (pending accepted).
Entry level, no work experience required for Assistant City Attorney Associate.

Responsabilidades

Research and advise on compliance with local, state, and federal laws specific to municipal water, wastewater, and storm water operations.
Fulfill public records duties for Charlotte Water and Storm Water Services.
Provide legal counsel on disputes over billing, invoices, or disconnections.
Support IT operations while ensuring privacy laws compliance.
Advise on 811 claims involving Charlotte Water and Storm Water Services.
Support security operations for Charlotte Water and Storm Water.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for Charlotte Water and Storm Water Services.
Assist during administrative hearings involving Charlotte Water or Storm Water Services.
Provide guidance on trademarks and intellectual property.
