Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and review a broad range of transactional documents and other legal instruments.
• Provide legal counsel to City departments on transactional and procurement matters.
• Advise on bid protests, procurement processes, and Florida procurement law.
• Represent the City in procurement-related disputes.
• Serve as legal liaison to advisory boards or committees.
