- Strong legal writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with title and survey review and other diligence components.
- Experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and loan documents.
- Support acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets.
- Assist with real estate financing transactions and loan documentation.
- Support leasing matters for various property types.
- Conduct due diligence including title, survey, and zoning analysis.
- Prepare closing checklists and coordinate closings.
