Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Five+ years in accounting, billing, or municipal tax collection.
• Experience supervising finance staff and ensuring accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, collection, posting, reconciliation and reporting for township taxes.
• Supervise Finance staff including Clerks and ensure accurate receipts and records.
• Maintain tax records and prepare certifications and delinquent lists as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state laws, township policies and internal controls.
