Retail Strategies is seeking a solutions-focused salesperson to drive growth from an office in Downtown Fort Worth. You will build and manage a full sales pipeline, consult on five municipal-focused services, and travel to conferences to meet with city leaders and economic developers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying, new business sales role.
• Proven track record of beating quota; bring your numbers.
• Experience managing a full pipeline in a CRM.
• Comfort presenting to groups, including elected officials.
• Grit: go out and get the business.

Responsibilities

• Beat your number with defined service-line goals.
• Build your pipeline and bring on new clients; track opportunities in HubSpot.
• Learn and consult on Retail Strategies services: Retail Recruitment, Downtown Strategies, Retail Academy, Small Business Support, Enterprise Solutions.
• Build relationships with mayors, city managers, and economic development leaders.
• Propose new ways to serve communities and grow revenue.
• Stay current on economic development to start conversations.
• Attend conferences and network.
