DeZURIK, Inc. is seeking a Project Sales Specialist to drive municipal project success across North America.

You will combine financial analysis, project management, and sales strategy to position DeZURIK for growth in critical infrastructure projects. You’ll work with sales leaders, reps, and customers to develop bidding strategies, evaluate opportunities, and help secure business that supports clean water and essential municipal services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• One or more years of experience in sales, engineering, project management, or a related business function.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project opportunities and develop competitive bid strategies.
• Perform project cost analysis and profitability assessments.
• Research bills of materials (BOMs), pricing, and market conditions to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and sales leadership on project positioning and pricing tactics.
• Manage and maintain project tracking systems, bid documentation, and project records.
• Conduct win/loss analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support negotiations and contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales goals.
• Provide guidance and training on project bidding processes and best practices.
