DeZURIK is seeking a Project Sales Specialist to drive municipal project success across North America. You’ll analyze opportunities, develop bid strategies, and collaborate with sales leaders to position DeZURIK for growth in critical infrastructure projects.

In this role you’ll conduct cost analyses, evaluate BOMs and pricing, maintain project records, and support negotiations to achieve monthly and annual sales goals, while guiding best practices for bidding.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• One or more years of experience in sales, engineering, project management, or a related business function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to base recommendations on data.

• Analyze project opportunities and develop competitive bid strategies.
• Perform project cost analysis and profitability assessments.
• Research BOMs, pricing, and market conditions to support decisions.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and leadership on positioning and pricing.
• Maintain project tracking systems, bid documentation, and records.
• Conduct win/loss analysis for continuous improvement.
• Support negotiations and contribute to monthly/annual sales goals.
• Provide guidance and training on bidding processes and best practices.
