• Professional Engineer (PE) License (Pennsylvania).
• Experience managing municipal engineering and capex projects.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with municipal clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and projects.
• Advise clients on capital improvements and funding strategies.
• Support proposals, RFPs, and qualifications.
• Coordinate with funding agencies and regulatory programs.
