Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License (Ohio).
• Demonstrated project management experience across municipal engineering.
• Experience with a variety of municipal engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with municipal clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new projects.
• Advise clients on capital improvement planning, funding strategies, and project priorities.
• Support RFP/RFQ preparation and other business development efforts.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and funding organizations to identify opportunities.
