The Borough of Tenafly-Municipal Pool is seeking certified summer lifeguards from
May 24th (Memorial Day) to September 1st (Labor Day) for our new Municipal Pool
located in Tenafly, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise pool occupancy, check in guests, and verify pool passes.
• Address pool violations and violators.
• Administer swim lessons.
• Monitor activities in the pool area and identify safety issues.
• Administer first aid and CPR in case of injury or emergency.
• Rescue swimmers in distress or danger of drowning.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certification required.
