Current Job Opening: Pool Attendant/Lifeguard

We are seeking qualified candidates who hold all necessary legal licenses and certifications at the time of application. The position offers $22.00 per hour, part-time with 5-hour shifts.

Role Overview

As a Pool Attendant/Lifeguard, your main responsibilities include ensuring guest safety, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the pool area. You will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, making residents feel at home with genuine sincerity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and assist pool guests courteously.
  2. Provide information about pool hours and policies.
  3. Enforce safety rules politely.
  4. Set up and arrange pool furniture.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  6. Monitor the pool area continuously for safety.
  7. Record attendance and incidents accurately.
  8. Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  9. Stock and maintain pool amenities.
  10. Follow weather protocols for safety.
  11. Manage resident, guest, and vendor access per property procedures.
  12. Maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
  13. Engage positively with residents and guests.
