• 5+ years of urban/regional planning experience, municipal focus.

• Lead and participate in planning and entitlement for land development and municipal projects.
• Prepare site plans, land use studies, zoning analyses, and comprehensive plan amendments.
• Collaborate with engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, and environmental specialists.
• Conduct site and land use analyses for zoning compatibility and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee plat processing, easements, dedications, and site-plan modifications.
• Prepare staff reports, planning analyses, and project timelines for submittals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal planning regulations.
• Present analyses and site plans to clients, boards, and agencies; participate in public meetings.
