• Interface with clients, engineers, CAD drafters, and other disciplines.
• Prepare site construction cost estimates.
• Review, correct, and approve shop drawings and material specifications.
• Attend meetings with clients and internal staff.
• Deliver project technical documents.
• Maintain organization and technical competency.
• Provide Construction Inspection Services.
• Process certification and closeout of permits with agencies.
