Job summary

T&M Associates is looking for a Group Manager to lead their NJ Municipal Market. This hybrid position involves managing technical staff and ensuring project quality across multiple municipal engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in municipal engineering and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, supervising engineering documents, and managing client relationships. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license in NJ are required. The salary range is $140,000 – $175,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in servicing municipal/public clients.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in NJ required.
• Strong design skills in infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and training for junior staff.
• Supervise preparation of engineering documents.
• Participate in business planning and project selection.
• Act as a primary point of contact for various stakeholders.
