Position Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Municipal Engineer/Regional Manager to lead our Dubuque office. Our team works with local communities on a wide range of civil, municipal, and environmental projects. We are looking for a licensed Professional Engineer with excellent communication skills and a broad engineering experience to lead our local team and serve our clients effectively. In this role, you will split your time between offices, leading the planning, design, and construction of projects such as street reconstruction, site grading, potable water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater management systems. You will collaborate with local staff and utilize our company-wide resources to complete projects.
