Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. in Allentown, PA seeks an experienced civil engineer to lead municipal projects from planning through construction. You will review plans, design public improvements, and coordinate with officials and developers to deliver practical infrastructure solutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, technical judgment, and responsive service with opportunities to mentor staff and advance toward leadership within a locally rooted firm.

Competenze

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of civil/site design experience; 3+ years municipal engineering.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PA MPC, DEP regs, and applicable state/federal rules.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Civil 3D preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and document projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Mansioni

• Review subdivision and land development plans for compliance with municipal codes.
• Plan, design, and manage public improvement projects (roads, stormwater, sewers, parks).
• Conduct field evaluations and prepare engineering reports and presentations.
• Prepare bid documents, cost estimates, specs, and permit apps.
• Coordinate with municipal staff, developers, consultants, contractors, and agencies.
• Provide technical guidance on zoning, stormwater, and infrastructure planning.
• Attend and present at municipal and project coordination meetings.
• Assist municipalities with grant applications and funding strategies.
• Support construction administration, field inspections, and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team quality and responsiveness.
