Job summary

Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Civil Site Construction Inspector based in Allentown to perform field inspections of site improvements, verify quality against plans, and document conditions daily.

You will coordinate with contractors, municipal staff, and project managers to address non-conformances and ensure compliance with specifications. The role requires at least five years' municipal or authority site experience, the ability to read engineering drawings, and proficiency

Qualifications

Minimum five years' experience with municipal or authority site improvements.
Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specs.
Strong field documentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency using digital field tools (Survey123, ArcGIS, tablets).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of site improvements for quality and compliance.
Maintain daily documentation: progress notes, field observations, contractor communications, photos.
Identify non-conforming work and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
Communicate professionally with contractors, municipal personnel, and project managers.
Utilize digital tools for data collection and reporting.
