Barry Isett & Associates is seeking a client-focused Municipal Engineer to join our Allentown-area team. You will develop and maintain client relations, attend meetings, and lead municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction.

Ideal candidates have seven+ years in municipal design, a PA PE license (strongly preferred), and proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D. This fully onsite role offers collaborative culture and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineers with at least seven years’ municipal project experience.
• PA PE license strongly preferred.
• Experience in client relations and business development.
• Ability to attend evening meetings and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relations and attend client meetings.
• Manage and design municipal infrastructure projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and project proposals.
• Recruiting/hiring/mentoring junior engineers.
• Ensure projects comply with municipal approvals.
