Job summary

State of New Hampshire, Department of Revenue Administration, Municipal & Property Division, is seeking a Program Coordinator in Municipal & Property Operations in Concord, NH. The role oversees the Assessing Standards and Current Use Boards, coordinates workshops, and manages certification programs for DRA personnel.

The position requires at least five years of related education/experience and a valid driver’s license for statewide travel.

Qualifications

Equivalent combination of 5 years of education and experience after completion of high school in business administration, project management, office administration, or related field.
Valid driver's license or access to transportation for statewide travel.

Responsibilities

Process applications by examining and evaluating documentation submitted for the DRA Appraiser Certification Program.
Coordinate public and private meetings, attend meetings, prepare agenda, take minutes, and maintain communication.
Schedule and coordinate educational courses and certify staff development activities.
Assign and monitor work of support staff, provide training, and develop procedures to increase productivity.
Maintain division records and website, ensure confidentiality and compliance with laws.
