Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property/hospitality maintenance or related field.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall repair.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and property inspections.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across the property.
• Complete plumbing repairs, leak detection, water heater maintenance, winterization, fixtures.
• Perform electrical repairs: outlets, switches, lighting, GFCI.
• Maintain door locks, access systems, and keyless entry devices.
• HVAC maintenance and coordination of major repairs when needed.
• Monitor and assist with solar systems and related equipment.
• Carpentry, drywall repair, painting, remodeling, and general repair projects.
• Repair furniture, appliances, fences, fixtures, and building components.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, residents, staff.
• Assist with unit turns, appliance installation, furniture assembly, and improvements.
• Maintain grounds, remove debris, and address safety hazards.
• Keep tools and storage areas clean and organized; notify when supplies run low.
• Document completed work and preventative maintenance tasks; coordinate with contractors.
