Position Summary

BoxHouse Villages is seeking a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to perform a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks across the property. This role is responsible for helping maintain guest accommodations, common areas, utility systems, grounds, and property infrastructure to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and team members. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated problem solver with experience in multiple trades and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting throughout the property.
• Complete plumbing repairs, leak detection, water heater maintenance, winterization, and fixture replacements.
• Perform minor electrical repairs, including replacing outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, and GFCI outlets.
• Maintain door locks, access systems, keyless entry devices, and electronic lock batteries.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently and efficiently.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and routine property inspections.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
