Job summary

Colt Facility Repair is seeking a skilled General Repair Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks across commercial properties in Denver, CO. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry and routine upkeep, with emphasis on coordinating with building management to minimize tenant disruption.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in commercial maintenance, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to work with CMMS and various hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in general repair or maintenance on commercial properties.
• Experience with commercial-grade systems and fixtures (plumbing, lighting, door hardware).
• Ability to operate basic diagnostic tools and power/hand tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations relevant to commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with systems and equipment in commercial settings and perform timely repairs.
• Inspect commercial buildings to ensure systems are safe and compliant with local codes.
• Repair or replace doors, windows, drywall, ceiling tiles and other components as needed.
