Job summary

The Ohio Masonic Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform skilled trades across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and related areas at our Medina, OH facilities. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, assemble material lists, order components, and supervise junior staff as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and experience in at least 2-3 trades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform in at least 2–3 trades and provide material lists per project.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems across multiple trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, carpentry).
• Provide material lists per project and procure materials at competitive prices.
• Educate and supervise subordinate personnel as needed.
