Job summary

National Machinery LLC in Ohio is seeking a Technician, Maintenance – Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical to perform maintenance and repairs on facility HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and various machine tools. You will troubleshoot complex diagrams and assist with installation or relocation of mills, lathes, and machining centers, while supporting building and facility systems.

Qualifications

• Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read complex schematic diagrams and other manufacturer information.
• 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• 5 years of mechanical, HVAC and electrical experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certificate or the ability to obtain within 3 months after hire.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical or relevant course of study.
• Knowledge of CMMS software.
• Knowledge of overhead cranes and hoists.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine tools including mills, lathes, machining centers as well as cranes and other facility equipment.
• Assist in installation or moving mills, lathes and machining centers.
• Assist with installation of telephones, network systems, security systems and facility electrical systems.
• Handle all types of maintenance to building, grounds, and facility.
