Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is required.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Must be willing to submit to audio recordings during duties.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• On-call rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and repairs on appliances.
• Perform painting and apartment turnovers.
• Handle emergency calls as needed.
• Collaborate with property team to maintain high resident satisfaction.
