Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is required.
• Must have customer service orientation and be able to work in a team.
• Prefer at least 2 years on a 200-unit property.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests and general repairs.
• Handle appliance repairs, painting, and turnovers.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and keep common areas in good condition.
